This years AGM has been brought forward to coincide with year end and renewals. All members are invited to a celebration lunch and prize giving at the Coombe Barton, followed by The AGM. It is important that all subscriptions are renewed for the coming year. With membership levels full it is thought we will be oversubscribed especially for nippers- Please bring a cheque book or use BACS with a name and details as a reference. Existing members are not required to fill out a form. Subscription costs are due to go up slightly, after many years at a subsidised rate. This will be formalised at the meeting.
